Sales Executive - Luxury Fragrance Retail (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

The Sales Executive works in a high-traffic indoor retail setting such as a mall or department store, within a luxury retail team focused on premium scents, home and workplace aromas and high-end diffusers. The role delivers an exceptional customer experience through personalized scent consultations and product presentations, while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs and give personalized product recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate products, answer questions confidently, close sales, handle objections and offer bundles or promotions.
• Process sales, refunds and exchanges on the POS system, handle cash, credit and digital payments accurately, and keep daily sales records for end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Keep the kiosk clean and tidy, replenish stock regularly, follow visual merchandising guidelines and take part in promotional campaigns.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and share customer feedback and sales trends with supervisors.
• Provide after-sales support such as warranty and return information, handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages and help receive and organize new deliveries.
• Coordinate with fellow kiosk staff for smooth shift handovers and submit regular reports to supervisors.

Required profile

• Previous retail or direct sales experience preferred; experience in mall or kiosk sales is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred, but not always required.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash and digital payment handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
