Sales Executive - Property Maintenance Services

About the role

Elegant & Exotic Technical Works LLC is a Dubai-based property maintenance and technical services company offering AC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, general maintenance and AMC services for residential and commercial properties. It is looking for a Sales Executive to generate new business, develop client relationships and promote its maintenance services. The position is based in Al Barsha 1, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads and business opportunities
• Contact real estate agents, property managers and potential clients
• Promote the company's maintenance and AMC services
• Follow up on leads, quotations and client inquiries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Convert leads into confirmed jobs
• Achieve monthly sales targets and keep sales records

Required profile

• Sales experience, preferably in property maintenance or technical services
• Confident, target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE visa with at least 3-6 months remaining validity
• Knowledge of the Dubai market is an advantage
