Sales Manager – DeviceBoost (OEM Advertising)

About the role

ArabyAds is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the growth of DeviceBoost’s Apple Ads and OEM mobile advertising solutions across the UAE. You will introduce premium mobile inventory to advertisers and agencies, building new business and expanding the share of mobile ad spend captured by DeviceBoost.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue for Apple Ads and OEM advertising in the UAE market.
• Build and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, app developers, and performance‑marketing teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in e‑commerce, fintech, gaming, delivery, travel and other app‑driven sectors.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and translate client acquisition goals into tailored advertising solutions.
• Prepare proposals, media plans and pricing based on client objectives, target audiences and available inventory.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing and campaign handover.
• Collaborate with DeviceBoost product and operations teams on campaign planning, pricing and performance monitoring.
• Educate advertisers and agencies on the benefits of Apple Ads and OEM inventory.
• Track pipeline, forecasts and revenue reporting while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile digital advertising, media sales, ad‑tech or performance marketing.
• Established relationships with advertisers, agencies or app developers in the region.
• Strong understanding of mobile‑first acquisition strategies and performance‑driven metrics.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end sales processes and achieve revenue targets.
