Sales Manager – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for Tarrad Development’s luxury real‑estate portfolio across the United Arab Emirates. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees a team of sales professionals, sets targets and drives revenue growth while delivering premium service to high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of sales agents to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, campaigns and market‑penetration plans.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and negotiate offers from inquiry to closing.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a seamless sales process.
• Analyse market trends, prepare forecasts and performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives.
• Represent the company at local events, networking opportunities and industry functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real‑estate sales management, preferably luxury or high‑end properties.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE real‑estate market, regulations and transaction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Own UAE visa and ability to work on‑site.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
