Sales Manager – Western Europe (WEU) – GCC Region

About the role

The Sales Manager – Western Europe (WEU) will join the Rixos & All Inclusive Collection GCC Regional Sales team, driving business growth across key Western European markets. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for expanding partnerships, increasing revenue, and enhancing brand visibility for Rixos and AIC properties throughout the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned Western European markets in line with regional commercial objectives.
• Manage and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, corporate accounts, luxury travel partners and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue across Rixos & AIC properties.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations and account reviews with existing and potential partners.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, roadshows, sales missions and networking events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour in Western Europe.
• Collaborate with regional sales and individual hotel commercial teams to support property‑specific sales targets.
• Support tactical sales campaigns, market‑specific initiatives and maintain accurate records in sales systems.
• Prepare regular sales updates, market intelligence and performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or travel sales within Western European markets.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Good understanding of market trends and competitor dynamics.
