Scaffolder – Full-time On-site Role in Abu Dhabi

About the role

Sky High HR Solutions is seeking experienced scaffolders for a full‑time, on‑site position in Abu Dhabi. You will join construction projects where safety and precision are paramount, working closely with site supervisors and other trades to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to site plans and safety regulations.
• Measure, select, and assemble appropriate scaffolding components.
• Inspect scaffolding for stability and report any hazards or structural issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to meet project timelines.

Required profile

• Proven practical experience in scaffolding erection, alteration, and dismantling.
• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety regulations and ability to read technical drawings.
• Relevant certifications such as CSCS or equivalent.
