About the role
We are looking for an experienced Secondary Market Broker to join our Dubai office. You will work on‑site, handling resale property transactions and providing expert advice to buyers and sellers in a fast‑moving market.
Key responsibilities
- Source and list secondary (resale) properties.
- Advise buyers and sellers on pricing and market trends.
- Conduct property viewings and lead negotiations.
- Close sales in compliance with RERA and DLD regulations.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in Dubai’s secondary real‑estate market.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- RERA certification (preferred).
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
