Secondary Market Property Consultant – Dubai

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and seeks a motivated Secondary Market Property Consultant. You will work with fresh daily leads, converting prospects into successful resale transactions in the dynamic Dubai property market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads for secondary/resale properties.
• Guide buyers and sellers through the entire transaction process.
• Negotiate offers and close deals while maintaining high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and telesales teams to maximise exposure of listings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property details.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real‑estate or property sales.
• Proven track record in secondary/resale property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulations.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
