Senior Account Director – Client Lead for Global Skincare Brand

About the role

We are working with a leading global agency in Dubai that has recently won a major global skincare account. The agency seeks an experienced Client Lead / Senior Account Director to manage the client relationship across Creative and Social for this worldwide skincare brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day client relationship across Creative and Social workstreams, acting as a senior strategic partner.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and align agency teams on objectives, scope, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are on track.
• Lead senior client presentations, status meetings, creative reviews, and campaign discussions.
• Identify opportunities to grow the agency’s scope and strengthen the client relationship.

Required profile

• Strong agency background at Senior Account Director, Client Lead, Group Account Director or equivalent level.
• Proven experience leading large or complex client relationships, especially across Creative and Social.
• Experience with global or regional brands, preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG.
• Commercially aware with ability to identify account growth opportunities.
• Fluent English; Arabic is advantageous.
