Senior Architect – Luxury & High-End Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, tower and mixed‑use projects in the UAE. The role combines design leadership, technical expertise, BIM implementation and client engagement to ensure high‑quality, sustainable and on‑time outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects through concept, schematic, detailed design and construction documentation phases.
• Develop innovative, commercially viable architectural solutions and prepare material and finish specifications.
• Supervise production of drawings, presentations, specifications and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, landscape, interiors) and manage client, consultant and contractor relationships.
• Handle authority approvals, NOCs and liaise with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA and other regulators.
• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress and resolve design‑related issues.
• Drive BIM and digital design strategies, establish workflows and explore automation and AI‑assisted tools.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and registration with Dubai Municipality (or equivalent).
• Minimum 15 years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years in Dubai/UAE or comparable high‑end markets.
• Proven track record delivering luxury residential, commercial, hospitality or mixed‑use high‑rise projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, sustainable and technically complex designs.
• Experience leading architectural teams and coordinating multidisciplinary consultants.
