Senior Art Director – MENA Brand Innovation Lab

About the role

Amazon’s Brand Innovation Lab is looking for a talented, passionate, and hands‑on Creative (Art Director) to conceptualise and create one‑of‑a‑kind campaigns for a wide range of brands across MENA. You’ll partner with Sales leads, Solutions Managers, Producers, and Design Technology and Engineering teams to create first‑class customer experiences both online and offline by innovating with the Amazon canvas (Prime Video, Alexa, Twitch, etc.).

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design, and execute innovative ad campaigns and experiences for global brands.
• Partner with designers, program managers, developers, strategists, business leads, and producers to create customer‑focused solutions that deliver on advertiser objectives.
• Independently lead campaigns from brief to execution and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners.
• Present ideas and concepts to clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects within budget and deadlines.

Required profile

• Experience driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in‑house creative team.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with customers, stakeholders, or teammates.
• In‑depth knowledge of industry design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma) and basic understanding of UX design and tools such as Webflow.
• Ability to develop cross‑functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams.
• Proven ability to lead creative development from concept to delivery and manage multiple projects under aggressive deadlines.
