Senior Associate - PMO

About the role

The Senior Associate will drive successful implementation of the EPMO team's strategy, services and deliverables, establishing frameworks and standards for project and program management across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end identification, development, prioritisation and implementation of high‑impact strategic projects and programmes.
• Establish frameworks, methodologies, tools and organisational structures to manage initiatives.
• Prioritise initiatives, ensure alignment with strategy and coordinate milestones with business owners.
• Identify inter‑dependencies, manage risks and escalations at both singular and aggregate levels.
• Report progress, achievements, risks and challenges to management.
• Allocate EPMO manpower, plan resources and maintain organisational structures for initiatives.
• Provide support to business owners and sponsors to improve project plans and artefacts.
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables, manage change requests and define training needs for initiative teams.
• Support ad‑hoc strategic and special business projects and conduct research and analysis with the Strategy team.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Project Management Office role.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles with teams of 5‑25 members.
• Background in the real‑estate sector or corporate departments within a holding structure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
