About the role

We are seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our innovative team in the United Arab Emirates. You will partner with development squads to deliver secure, reliable, and high‑performing software and system operations, driving automation, scalability, and security across our cloud environment.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with developers to ensure secure and stable delivery of web and mobile applications.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web, backend, Android, and iOS platforms.
Build and manage end‑to‑end cloud infrastructure, including backup and disaster‑recovery strategies.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions with custom dashboards.
Automate deployment and operational workflows and integrate security controls (SAST, DAST, secrets management, vulnerability scanning) into pipelines.
Maintain and enhance Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform.
Optimize systems for performance, scalability, security, and cost.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues proactively.

Required profile

6+ years of experience in cloud DevSecOps engineering.
Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to evolving challenges.
Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container networking, and cloud security.
Proficiency in scripting (Bash) and at least one programming language (Python, Go, Java, Kotlin, C++, JavaScript).
Solid understanding of networking protocols (IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, IPSec) and cryptography (AES, RSA, DH, TLS).
