About the role
Careers International is recruiting a Senior Estimator in Dubai for the manufacturing sector. The role covers the full estimation cycle for medium to large façade projects, working with project and design teams on value engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Handle the complete estimation cycle for medium to large façade projects
- Evaluate cost-effective alternatives and risk factors
- Mentor junior estimators and review their submissions
- Represent the company in technical-commercial discussions with clients
- Work closely with project and design teams on value engineering
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the UAE/GCC
- Proven track record in preparing winning quotations
Required skills
- Extensive knowledge of aluminium, glass, cladding and curtain wall pricing
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
