About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Executive Recruiter who is an Emirati national to lead talent acquisition initiatives for private‑sector organisations. The role demands a strategic partner who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and ensure the attraction of top‑tier talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of high‑quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview frameworks.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting within recruitment systems.
• Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and Emirati hiring policies.

Required profile

• Emirati nationality.
• Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience in private‑sector environments.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle recruitment for senior‑level positions.
• Hands‑on experience with recruitment/Applicant Tracking Systems.

Required skills

• Recruitment systems (ATS) proficiency.
