Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Full-Stack AI-Native

About the role

At Globant, we are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (Full-Stack, AI-Native) to work embedded with product teams on an AI-agentic delivery workflow. The role involves end-to-end delivery of features on a high-transactional booking platform serving multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solutioning, reviewing AI-generated impact analysis and making final decisions.
• Design and implement full-stack features across React/TypeScript frontends.NET services, BFF and integrations (booking, payments, loyalty).
• Use agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot) as the default development mode and define AI-assisted work standards.
• Review pull requests, monitor production, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement fixes, logging and guardrails.

Required profile

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade C#/.NET and React/TypeScript.
• Proven ability to take features from design to production in an existing codebase.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools daily and evaluating AI-generated solutions critically.
• Comfort working directly with product and business stakeholders in English.
