Senior Full-Stack Developer (JavaScript & PostgreSQL)

About the role

EasyMerch is a business automation platform serving major FMCG brands such as Coca‑Cola Russia, L'Oreal and Beiersdorf. We are expanding our team and looking for a senior full‑stack developer to work on both the web version and mobile app, improving user experience, building new modules and delivering real‑time analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch new front‑end and back‑end features for a high‑traffic platform used by over 10,000 daily users.
• Improve UX and create analytical dashboards that process large volumes of data in real time.
• Write clean, reusable code and ensure smooth deployment to production.
• Collaborate with three other programmers and participate in database design.
• Contribute to automation and system‑wide improvements.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Good experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, and ability to craft complex analytical queries.
• Familiarity with high‑load architectures and performance considerations.
• Willingness to understand and extend existing codebases and to learn new programming languages if needed.
