Senior Implementation Consultant EDI & e-Invoicing

About the role

As a Senior Implementation Consultant for EDI & e‑Invoicing you will be the primary bridge between enterprise clients in the Middle East & Africa and Comarch’s delivery hub in Poland. You will use the cloud‑based Comarch EDI platform to deliver secure, real‑time data interchange and automated document workflows while ensuring compliance with local e‑invoicing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage end‑to‑end EDI/e‑Invoicing implementation projects for UAE and MEA clients, covering project planning, requirements analysis, configuration, testing coordination, UAT support, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Act as the on‑site point of contact for clients, maintaining SLA compliance and fostering strong client relationships.
• Lead technical implementation initiatives, ensuring seamless, secure and real‑time electronic data exchange.
• Support regional pre‑sales activities and contribute to market expansion across the MEA region.
• Collaborate daily with the Polish delivery hub and international stakeholder teams.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Commerce or a related technical field.
• 4–6 years of documented experience in IT system implementations, with senior or lead client‑facing responsibilities.
• Proven ability to manage full implementation cycles from kickoff to hyper‑care independently.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) – written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a strong asset; additional regional languages (Hindi, Urdu) are a plus.
• Experience working with the Middle East market and familiarity with local regulations (e.g., UAE FTA, KSA ZATCA) is highly preferred.
• Strong self‑management, proactive communication and ownership mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with C‑level sponsors and technical teams.
