Senior Manager – Project Delivery (Dubai Holding Real Estate)

About the role

Dubai Holding Real Estate is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of assigned BTS projects, coordinating consultants, contractors, specialist service providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor construction progress, critical path activities, procurement schedules and design deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Review and control project risks, issues, variations, claims and cost forecasts, escalating when necessary.
• Drive resolution of technical issues, design interfaces, constructability challenges, RFIs and material approvals.
• Oversee authority approvals, permits, inspections, testing & commissioning and handover readiness.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance, audit findings, NCR closure, snagging and project close‑out activities.
• Prepare progress reports, cost and risk dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management.

Required profile

• Extensive developer‑side experience in project execution, construction management, programme and cost control, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders on complex developments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, statutory approvals, utility requirements, quality standards and HSE practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, problem‑solving and communication skills.
