Senior Manager - Solution Architect (Endur), Energy & Commodities

About the role

Publicis Sapient, part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Pod Lead acting as Solution Architect (Endur) in its Energy & Commodities practice. The role leads a cross-functional pod (L2, L3, Development, QA) for a business domain, ensuring stable operations and a predictable change pipeline, while working with client IT and business teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the pod backlog and prioritisation together with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate L2, L3 and small change delivery to minimise business disruption.
• Ensure incidents, problems and changes within the pod are managed to agreed SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and documentation within the pod.
• Mentor pod members and manage day-to-day resourcing and capacity.

Required profile

• 10+ years in support and/or delivery roles in Endur.
• Strong functional knowledge of Endur in at least one key business area.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of ITIL and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
