Senior Manager - Solutions

About the role

Transguard Group is recruiting a Senior Manager - Solutions to join its Total Facilities Management team at its headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone. The role oversees and manages the Technical Solutions team, combining strategic planning, team management and operational oversight to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies and guide the team in building commercial proposals and pricing structures
• Oversee financial aspects of FM tenders, present and approve commercial proposals, and allocate resources across project bids
• Review contracts and manage vendor and supplier relationships to optimise costs and solution quality
• Align solutions with client goals, present technical and commercial solutions to clients, and build long-term customer relationships
• Lead mobilisations after winning a contract
• Collaborate with other business units on tender documents (procurement, commercial, legal), develop technical presentations and lead sales/bid meetings
• Manage capacity planning and analyse lost bids to improve win ratios
• Leverage technology to reduce operational costs and improve service quality

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical)
• 5 years in a similar position and 10+ years in the facilities management industry
• Customer service orientation, conflict resolution, critical thinking, leadership and reporting skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of FM processes and methods, MEP systems, maintenance and cleaning standards and local regulations
• Risk analysis and mitigation planning
• Service level agreement management and analysis
