Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing (Technology)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic sourcing and category management for technology and IT procurement. You will manage a high‑value technology spend portfolio and influence strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and category management for technology and IT categories.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing processes, including RFI, RFP and RFQ, supplier evaluation, negotiation and contract implementation.
• Conduct supplier, market and spend analysis to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
• Lead commercial negotiations and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensure policy compliance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop procurement team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, Finance or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement and strategic sourcing experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in technology and IT sourcing with exposure to global technology vendors.
• Proven expertise in supplier negotiations, category management and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and communication skills.
• CIPS certification and experience with SAP Ariba or similar platforms are advantageous.
