Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

About the role

The organization, a leading regional manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition to modernise and lead its recruitment function. This onsite role in Mussafah will drive high‑volume hiring, workforce planning and Emiratisation initiatives across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth plans and Emiratisation targets.
• Lead high‑volume recruitment for corporate, manufacturing, engineering, technical, commercial and leadership positions.
• Build proactive talent pipelines, especially for national‑level talent.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to offer negotiation and onboarding hand‑over.
• Implement and optimise Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, cost per hire and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with agencies, executive search firms, universities and external talent partners.
• Lead Emiratisation strategy, partner with local universities, Tawteen and government entities, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Mentor and lead the talent acquisition team while collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in talent acquisition within a large, fast‑growing organisation.
• Strong understanding of Emiratisation/Nationalisation goals and local labour regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to design data‑driven recruitment strategies and manage high‑volume hiring campaigns.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior business leaders and HR partners.
