Senior Marketing Manager – Marketing & Communications (UAE National)

About the role

The AVP – Senior Marketing Manager, Client Engagement & Partnerships will lead the design, planning and execution of marketing programmes that deepen client relationships, amplify Mashreq’s thought leadership and raise the bank’s profile across institutional, corporate and ecosystem audiences. This senior position is based at Mashreq Bank’s global headquarters in Dubai and reports to the SVP Marketing – Corporate and Investment Banking.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver client‑engagement initiatives with internal and external partners to generate preference for Mashreq.
• Establish a framework for content marketing and disseminate best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with industry sector leads, product leads and multiple marketing channels to increase client‑nurturing opportunities.
• Amplify Mashreq’s thought leadership on digital platforms and social media.
• Manage a team and budget, ensuring alignment with CIBG business priorities and the “Rise Every Day” brand purpose.

Required profile

• UAE national with extensive experience in marketing, client engagement and partnership development.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage budgets.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking, FinTech, energy, treasury and sustainability sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering high‑impact marketing programmes.
