Senior Officer – Customs Audit Follow‑up

About the role
The Senior Officer will act as the primary contact for the Customs Audit Department, ensuring audit activities are followed up efficiently. This role focuses on verifying compliance with established standards and procedures within Dubai Customs.
Key responsibilities
- Perform post‑audit activities and monitor audit outcomes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of audit findings and track improvement measures.
- Provide timely updates to the Customs Audit Department on audit status.
- Assist in preparing reports that reflect compliance levels.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a follow‑up officer or in a similar audit support role.
- Strong understanding of customs procedures and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
