Senior Officer – Properties & Leasing (UAE National)

About the role

The Senior Officer, Properties & Leasing will support the Facilities Management & Administration (FMA) manager in overseeing outsourced services and ensuring a safe, compliant work environment across all bank locations. This position sits within the Support Services function reporting directly to the COO.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Central Bank, police, and security consultants to implement and maintain security systems in line with regulatory requirements.
• Develop plans, coordinate installations, and ensure proper functioning of security systems at existing and new branches.
• Act as the main contact for regulatory enquiries related to Trade License requirements and manage licence renewals for head office and branches.
• Coordinate with Dubai Police, Security System Inspection Agency, Department of Economic Development, Dubai Civil Defense, and other authorities for licence renewals and project permissions.
• Process payments, follow‑up with Finance and leasing teams, and ensure timely completion of licence‑related activities.
• Provide coverage for Assistant Manager Property Investment tasks when required.

Required profile

• Graduate or higher secondary education.
• Computer literate with strong analytical and review abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills, capable of prioritising multiple tasks.
• Understanding of internal and external compliance regulations.
