Senior People Capability Partner

About the role

This senior people‑partnering role sits at the intersection of business strategy and people capability, acting as a strategic partner to a domain while driving group‑wide talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with domain leadership on capability, workforce and organisation needs, balancing functional work and group talent initiatives.
• Own the people agenda for the domain, creating and delivering a tailored People framework, culture, engagement and improvement initiatives.
• Identify skills gaps, design talent development programmes, and run the talent management cycle including high‑potential identification and succession planning.
• Lead organisation design, capability building and change initiatives, responding to org‑health signals.
• Collaborate with CoEs, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Reward team and Talent Data/Insights to design and deliver people initiatives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of HRBP or senior people‑partnering experience in Tech, Product or FinTech sectors.
• Proven track record in organisation design and capability building.
• Experience in multi‑country or matrixed environments, preferably PE‑backed or transformation settings.
• University degree in HR, business or related field; CIPD Level 7 or equivalent desired.
