Senior Pipeline Designer

About the role

The Senior Pipeline Designer is responsible for delivering high‑quality pipeline design deliverables from conceptual studies through detailed design, while providing guidance to less‑experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop arrangement, FEED, and detailed design drawings ensuring clarity and constructability.
• Identify scope changes, raise change notifications, and support variation orders.
• Interface with all disciplines to produce clash‑free designs and incorporate vendor data.
• Perform design verification through single‑discipline and inter‑discipline checks.
• Maintain design drawing registers, archive documents, and ensure compliance with project execution plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience with a major contractor or consultant.
• High school diploma in Mechanical Design, Drafting, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory environment and international industry standards.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D CAD systems (E3D or SP3D)
• Design and engineering processes for pipeline projects
• Ability to produce and review 3D models, detailed and as‑built drawings
