Senior Procurement Specialist - Services Sourcing

About the role

The Senior Procurement Specialist – Services Sourcing supports daily procurement operations, placing purchase orders and managing supply demands in line with corporate policies and service levels. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and category experts to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of annual sourcing plans and Business Target Agreements for assigned categories.
• Assist in documenting business knowledge required for effective sourcing approaches.
• Identify end‑user department needs, profile spending, and participate in cross‑functional sourcing projects.
• Cultivate strong, value‑added relationships with internal stakeholder groups and treat them as key clients.
• Measure and manage supplier/contractor performance, driving improvement and corrective actions.
• Conduct negotiations on assigned sourcing projects, applying Total Cost of Ownership and Best‑Value principles.
• Maintain data quality for contracts and supplier databases and contribute to procurement standards, tools, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate across business lines to leverage the supplier base for performance, quality, efficiency, and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Experience supporting daily procurement operations and purchase order management.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, category experts, and cross‑functional teams.
• Understanding of procurement guidelines, supplier performance metrics, and continuous improvement targets.
