Senior Projects Manager - Roads, Utilities & Urban Development

About the role

The Senior Projects Manager will lead large‑scale infrastructure construction works covering roads, utilities and urban development in Abu Dhabi. You will be accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required quality, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the PMC site delivery and construction team, managing contractor performance and interface coordination.
• Ensure compliance with the approved programme, design, quality, HSSE, cost and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with the Employer, Engineer, consultants and stakeholders to achieve timely project delivery.
• Oversee tasks from design through execution to handover for infrastructure packages.
• Review and implement infrastructure package procurement strategies.
• Manage Construction Managers and monitor progress against technical, safety and quality standards.
• Identify, record and mitigate project risks, maintaining a central risk register.
• Chair project meetings, review contractor monthly reports and provide performance feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale infrastructure projects in roads, utilities or urban development.
• Strong ability to manage contractors, consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of HSSE, quality assurance and risk management processes.
• Demonstrated capability to handle procurement, commercial and contractual matters.
