About the role

Nationwide Middle East Properties (NWMEA) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Real Estate Sales Advisor to join its elite sales team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on advising high‑net‑worth clients on investment opportunities across prime UAE locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide investment consultancy with data‑backed insights on ROI, capital appreciation and market trends in prime zones such as Yas Island, Saadiyat and Dubai Marina.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, using the company’s CRM system to nurture prospects.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and coordinate end‑to‑end solutions, including property management and mortgage advisory services.
• Represent the brand at industry events, developer launches and networking functions to expand the client base.
• Conduct professional negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes for clients while adhering to company standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven real‑estate sales experience in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
• Track record of closing significant deals and meeting sales targets.
• Valid broker card (Abu Dhabi Municipality or RERA) and UAE driving licence with own vehicle.
• Fluent English communication; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese or French are advantageous.
