Senior Recruiter – Oil & Gas (Dubai)

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior hiring managers and business leaders to provide consultative recruitment support and market expertise.
• Lead vacancy briefing discussions and define recruitment strategies aligned to business needs.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to develop effective attraction strategies and ensure strong talent pipelines.
• Provide hiring managers with insights on talent availability, market trends, competitor activity, and hiring expectations.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from intake through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Lead complex offer negotiations and support hiring managers in making informed hiring decisions.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pools to support future hiring demand.
• Use recruitment data and funnel metrics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve hiring outcomes.
• Partner effectively with sourcing, administration, and wider delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment within Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, Construction or related sectors.
• Experience supporting hiring across the Middle East region.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including partnering with senior hiring managers and business leaders.
• Ability to lead recruitment strategy discussions and advise on market insights.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai five days per week.
