Senior Recruiter (Real Estate Development)

About the role

Sanzen Developers is seeking a senior recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its real‑estate development business in Dubai. The successful candidate will own the full hiring cycle for a wide range of functions, from sales and relationship management to engineering, architecture and corporate support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment life‑cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers across sales, engineering, architecture, marketing, administration and corporate departments to define role requirements and interview processes.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals and proactive head‑hunting.
• Prepare and update recruitment reports, trackers and dashboards to monitor hiring metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely delivery of hiring milestones.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional recruitment experience, preferably within the real‑estate development sector.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit both technical (engineers, architects) and corporate roles.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE labour market and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
