Senior Recruitment Consultant – Construction & Data Centres

About the role

We are building a specialist recruitment business focused on white‑collar construction and data‑centre hiring across the GCC. As the first lead recruiter, you will own the market, build the desk and eventually run the division.

Key responsibilities

• Run a full 360 desk across white‑collar construction roles including commercial, project management, engineering, technical and senior leadership positions.
• Develop client relationships with contractors, developers and consultancies throughout the GCC.
• Build out the fast‑growing data‑centre construction vertical.
• Shape company strategy, processes and target markets.
• Hire, lead and develop your own team as the business expands.
• Own revenue and profitability of the division.

Required profile

• 4+ years of GCC recruitment experience in white‑collar construction.
• Established network and book of client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of startup dynamics.
• Experience at an established agency is preferred.
