Senior Site Engineer – Civil (RCC & Fit‑out)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil to lead RCC and site execution activities, with exposure to fit‑out and finishing works, for projects in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day‑to‑day civil and RCC site activities.
• Execute and monitor foundations, columns, beams, slabs, rebar, formwork and concrete works.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, manpower and site activities.
• Collaborate with consultants, clients and project teams.
• Conduct site inspections and obtain required approvals.
• Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Oversee finishing and fit‑out works when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5–8 years of civil construction/site execution experience in the UAE.
• Strong hands‑on experience in RCC, rebar, formwork, shuttering and concrete casting.
• Exposure to interior fit‑out and finishing works.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
