Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent for Edwards Lifesciences across the EEMEA region. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and execute recruitment strategies that support the company’s mission to improve patient outcomes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract talent for vacancies across the EEMEA region.
• Advise management and develop programs to meet talent acquisition needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned senior‑level positions in Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and competency requirements.
• Develop multiple talent sourcing options using job boards, advertising, databases, internet searches, networking, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct competency‑based interviews, and assess fit, salary expectations, and relocation needs.
• Select and administer appropriate assessment tests for each position.
• Collaborate on complex offer negotiations and finalize hiring processes.
• Lead strategic recruiting projects, process improvements, and manage third‑party vendor contracts.
• Create recruitment content, provide stakeholder training, and drive recruitment events such as career fairs.
• Coach and guide junior talent acquisition team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience in a global environment.
• Proven experience hiring for the EMEA region.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
