Senior Talent Acquisition Officer (UAE National)

About the role

The Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment and staffing for Asteco, ensuring confidentiality, high service standards and compliance with UAE Labour Law. The role supports Emiratization targets and collaborates closely with line managers, payroll and visa teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via portals, LinkedIn, Bayt and professional networks; advertise vacancies and manage the interview schedule.
• Conduct screening, reference checks, pre‑employment activities and prepare offer letters and new‑starter checklists.
• Coordinate onboarding, visa processing, payroll hand‑over and employee orientation.
• Maintain weekly recruitment reports, support Emiratization initiatives and ensure salary calculations follow Korn Ferry guidelines.
• Represent Asteco at job fairs, university career events and manage internship programmes from start to finish.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE Emiratization targets.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of UAE Labour Law and related compliance requirements.
• Computer literacy and ability to generate recruitment reports.
