Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of construction professionals across technical, engineering and corporate functions for our growing construction business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare job advertisements and manage postings across various recruitment platforms.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience within the construction industry.
• Proven experience recruiting for engineering, technical, site, and corporate positions.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience is preferred.
