About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with extensive multinational experience to lead the recruitment of C‑suite and upper‑management talent across our global locations. The role demands a fast‑paced, results‑driven professional who can manage high recruitment volumes while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and govern Talent Management frameworks, policies, and guidelines for consistent organization‑wide application.
• Provide expert advisory and support to clusters and functions, ensuring talent programs are effectively executed with regional flexibility.
• Design and manage a comprehensive career path framework, enabling clear progression opportunities across all functions and levels.
• Lead the creation of a robust succession planning framework to identify critical roles, talent, and potential successors.
• Partner with cluster and function leaders to drive succession discussions and ensure proactive talent readiness.
• Monitor the leadership development pipeline, identifying, assessing, and developing future leaders.
• Design data‑driven HiPo identification frameworks and collaborate on tailored development programs.
• Advise senior leadership on talent management best practices and provide regular reporting on initiatives, succession planning status, and HiPo program effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting C‑suite and senior management positions on a multinational scale.
• Demonstrated ability to handle large recruitment volumes across multiple locations.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful placements.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a significant advantage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.
