Senior Technical Account Manager – MEA

About the role

Camunda is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our global Customer Success team and support strategic customers across the Middle East and Africa. In this remote position you will act as the trusted technical advisor, helping clients translate their process‑orchestration goals into measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts, guiding them through adoption and scaling of Camunda’s platform.
• Partner closely with customers to understand their business challenges and design solutions that deliver operational efficiency.
• Navigate technical issues, provide architecture guidance, and ensure smooth implementation of automation projects.
• Accelerate customer outcomes by delivering best‑practice recommendations and fostering long‑term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering technical solutions to enterprise customers.
• Strong collaborative mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to make sophisticated technology approachable for diverse audiences.
