Senior Technical Coordinator – Architecture

About the role

Nova International General Contracting is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator – Architecture to lead the architectural technical coordination of luxury villas and residential projects across the UAE. The role bridges design intent with on‑site execution, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across multiple projects.
• Review and validate drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.
• Drive process improvements and streamline design coordination workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• 15–20 years of experience in architectural coordination within contracting or consultancy firms.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
