Senior Technician - Gaming Technicians

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE set to open in 2027, is looking for a Senior Technician to join its Gaming Technicians team. The role leads technicians in the installation, repair and maintenance of gaming equipment, including table games, EGM assets and machines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead technicians in daily installation, repair and maintenance work according to established policies and procedures
• Carry out maintenance under the preventative maintenance programme and ad hoc needs, and update work orders so they are completed
• Maintain maintenance records of gaming equipment and monitor the integrity of table games, EGM assets, machines and information
• Monitor and request inventory of gaming-related items, and report and escalate problems to the Supervisor
• Perform installation, repair and maintenance work under strict safety conditions, keeping equipment, tools and work areas clean, tidy and safe
• Guide technicians in installing, repairing and maintaining gaming equipment safely, and test and correct deviations from service procedures through on-the-job training
• Assess work quality, arrange refresher training and share information during daily briefings
• Interact professionally with department members, management and contractors, and encourage good team relations and multicultural communication
• Follow company policies, the Code of Conduct, health and safety standards and the recycling programme

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a gaming technician or EGM technician
• Secondary school diploma or above
• Gaming-related certification or relevant technical training, with strong knowledge of gaming products, equipment, systems and applicable regulations
• Strong English communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with gaming-related software and systems
