SEO / AEO / GEO Lead – B2B Digital Risk & AI Search

About the role

This position is based in the United Arab Emirates and offers a high‑impact opportunity to shape search visibility for an emerging B2B category at the intersection of digital risk, reputation, and AI‑powered discovery. You will own the strategy across traditional search, answer engines, and generative AI search platforms, linking performance directly to leads, revenue, and customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated SEO, AEO, and GEO strategy focused on B2B digital risk protection.
• Build semantic frameworks that address commercial intent and optimize content for both classic search engines and AI‑generated answers (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).
• Influence AI interpretation of the organization through strategic use of entities, authoritative sources, citations, and review ecosystems.
• Collaborate with PR, reputation management, content, and growth teams to create a unified search ecosystem.
• Establish a comprehensive measurement system covering search visibility, lead generation, and commercial impact.
• Formulate hypotheses, run experiments, analyze outcomes, and continuously refine SEO/AEO/GEO approaches.
• Lead R&D initiatives into emerging search technologies and experimental optimization techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional SEO experience, preferably in B2B or complex international environments.
• Strong understanding of search engine mechanics, ranking factors, and AI‑generated answer dynamics.
• Hands‑on, experimental mindset with a track record of owning end‑to‑end SEO projects.
