Service Advisor – Toyota/Lexus Aftersales (UAE National)

About the role
The Service Advisor represents the Toyota‑Lexus brand, delivering an exemplary after‑sales experience that drives customer loyalty, retention and revenue for the Abu Dhabi branch.
Key responsibilities
- Build long‑term relationships with customers, manage complaints and ensure high Customer Service Value and Net Promoter Scores.
- Upsell services, control discounts and meet monthly revenue targets while providing accurate progress updates to customers.
- Explain all work performed and associated costs at vehicle delivery, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain 100% data accuracy on all documents to support internal audits and compliance with SOPs, company policies and distributor programs.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in a service advisory role.
- Strong customer‑oriented attitude, honesty, responsibility and cultural sensitivity.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience using SAP.
