Service Analyst (UAE Nationals Only) - Dubai

About the role

Citi is hiring a Service Analyst in Dubai for UAE nationals only, within its Customer Service job family. The role sits in Client Account Relationship Management: reviewing customer needs and engaging proactively to resolve issues and provide ongoing support. It also covers cross-selling opportunities, compliance and risk controls, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client account relationships, review customer needs and resolve inquiries and issues in line with Citi's policies and guidelines.
• Advise customers to deepen their relationship by mobilizing additional funds and buying products and services; review product penetration and identify prospects for tailored products.
• Follow the bank's engagement model for periodic customer interaction, including client onboarding and relationship management.
• Ensure KYC/AML and other compliance norms are followed, and keep the business audit-ready.
• Follow operational risk mitigants (checklists, process manuals) and escalate, manage and report control issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, straight-through or centralized processing, and automation to simplify processes and cut cycle time and cost.
• Complete and follow up documentation for client transactions, investments or due diligence, and prepare clients for digital banking.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Clear, concise communication and effective verbal and written skills.
• Ability to stay unbiased in a diverse working environment.
