Service Excellence & Customer Care Executive – Healthcare

About the role

Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres is looking for motivated professionals to join its patient‑focused team in Dubai and Sharjah. The Service Excellence Executive, Customer Care Executive and Customer Service Executive will act as the front‑line ambassadors, ensuring every patient and visitor experiences a smooth, courteous, and supportive interaction with the hospital.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering courteous and efficient service.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve patient issues and improve service flow.
• Support service‑excellence initiatives, patient‑experience programs, and quality‑standard compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on pending matters.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
• Professional demeanor and empathy when dealing with patients and families.
• Arabic‑speaking candidates preferred.
• Gender preference: female for Service Excellence and Customer Care roles; male for Customer Service role (Sharjah).
• Prior experience in healthcare customer service is an advantage.
