Service Receptionist

About the role

Battmobile is the UAE’s leading onsite auto services provider, operating a fleet of over 40 vehicles and serving more than 150,000 customers. The company is seeking a Service Receptionist to support its Service Department and deliver a smooth, professional, and welcoming customer experience at the Al Quoz Service Center.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk‑in customers at the service reception.
• Coordinate communication between Service Advisors and customers, providing timely updates.
• Handle incoming IVR calls related to service inquiries and vehicle status.
• Update customers on vehicle progress, approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Support Service Advisors with follow‑ups and escalations of urgent matters.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in automotive service reception or front‑desk operations (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional, presentable appearance and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
