Site Engineer – Finishing (Luxury Villa Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer specialised in finishing works to lead the execution of a luxury villa project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing all interior and exterior finishing activities, ensuring they meet design intent, quality standards and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades including blockwork, plastering, screed, tiling, marble flooring, painting, ceilings, joinery, doors and architectural finishes.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, MEP teams, QA/QC and the technical office to resolve technical issues and maintain schedule.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower, material usage and site productivity, preparing regular reports.
• Inspect completed works, facilitate QA/QC inspections and obtain necessary approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of site experience on villa, luxury residential or high‑end projects, with a strong focus on finishing works.
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple subcontractors.
