Site Engineer - High-Rise, Residential & Villa Projects

About the role

A leading contracting company in Dubai, working on high-rise building, residential and villa projects, is looking for a Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities. The engineer ensures work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules, and needs strong site execution experience in high-rise, residential and villa projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at site
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors and site teams
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment usage
• Review technical drawings and give site-level support
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project records
• Coordinate with consultants for inspections and approvals
• Identify site issues and support timely resolution
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in construction projects
• Experience in high-rise, residential and villa projects preferred
• UAE construction experience is an advantage

Required skills

• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site execution
• Strong communication and coordination skills
