Site Foreman – Road Infrastructure

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to lead road infrastructure projects. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring work is completed safely and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise site activities, manpower, and equipment on road and infrastructure works.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and quality standards.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications to guide execution.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and utility providers for drainage, paving, and kerbstone installations.
- Report progress and issues to project management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects.
- Preferable experience in the UAE or GCC region.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Ability to read and apply construction drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of HSE and quality standards.
